Are the graphics okay to use with print on demand?

Absolutely! We have a generous license with our graphics - you can use them for any of your products or marketing, with or without changing them up! The only restriction is that you can't resell them as-is (in other words, you can't take our graphics and sell them as graphics!) or trademark them.

Do I need a license or model release for the Stock Photos?

Nope! We created these photos using AI, so they are not real people. Please note, they are specifically designed to be used as "placeholder" photos - they are NOT designed to be printed; your customers will replace them with their own photos in your templates.

Can I use the resources in The Designers Toolkit for platforms other than Zazzle?

Absolutely! You can use them in any of your other shops or endeavors! You just can't sell them as-is or in a way that competes with the original.

Do I need any specific software or tools to utilize The Designers Toolkit effectively?

The files are hosted in Google Drive; you can download them directly to your computer. The templates are made for Canva, so you'll want to have a Canva account - but those are free!

Does this come with coaching? Will you help me set up my Zazzle shop?

The Designers Toolkit is an all-in-one resource to help YOU level up your Zazzle or print on demand business. We've included some video tutorials on how to use the Branding, Store Assets, and Social Media templates, but we do not offer coaching or set up services. That being said, we are always happy to try to help if you have questions, and if we can't help you, we can always point you to those who can!

Is The Designers Toolkit only for {beginners / intermediate / advanced} Zazzle sellers?

The Designers Toolkit has something for everyone at all levels of their Zazzle journey! Beginners will find the tools to get started and scale quickly, and intermediate and advanced sellers will find fresh inspiration and ways to revitalize their stores and streamline their workflow!

I don't need {XYZ}. Can I buy the elements separately?

At this time, we have not posted any of the items for sale separately, but even if we did the cost would be much higher. For example, we sell a similar pack of Stock Photos for $30, and it isn't even a growing bundle! So you're definitely getting the best deal here, even if you don't end up using all of the assets!

How do I access The Designers Toolkit after I purchase?

Immediately after you purchase you'll create a password and enter the Toolkit hub. There you will find all of your resources nicely organized for you! You'll also be able to download a single PDF with links to all of the resources.

We use Teachery as our "hub" - it provides a great way to keep everything organized and in one place so you never have to wonder where you put things!

Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied with The Designers Toolkit?

Due to the digital nature of the product, there are no refunds. But we do want you to be happy, so please reach out if we can help you understand how to use the Toolkit.
